Problem: You have a new account in a domain and cannot change the login at first login as the RDP connection promts for username/password before you login. Since it is a catch 22 position you cannot set the password as this demands login to full desktop.

Copy the code below to a file and save it as a *.rdp file. You will then come straight into the "old" server login screen and be able to set a new password.
